CALLING ALL SENIOR LEGAL PAs / EAs

💰 Circa £70,000
🏡 4:1 Hybrid Working
⚖️ Corporate | Partner-Level Support
🏆 Leading Name in the Legal Market

This is not your traditional Legal EA role. And it certainly isn't one for someone who simply wants to manage a diary and wait for the next instruction!

We're working with one of the most prestigious names in the Legal market, seeking a highly experienced Legal PA/EA to support a top-billing Corporate Partner.

This Partner operates at an exceptionally busy level and needs someone who can genuinely take ownership of their working day, anticipate requirements and become a trusted right hand.

WHAT'S INVOLVED?

  • Extensive and often complex diary and email management.

  • International travel arrangements and detailed itineraries.

  • Supporting project management and key priorities.

  • Billing and financial administration.

  • Managing a demanding schedule and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

  • Taking ownership of the Partner's wider practice management.

THE REAL USP? AUTONOMY.

This is an opportunity to move beyond traditional secretarial support and become instrumental in managing a successful Partner's practice.

You'll have the autonomy to act as a gatekeeper, decision-maker and trusted business partner, rather than simply reacting to requests.

And you're not expected to do it all alone! You'll have excellent support from dedicated global Document Production teams, giving you the infrastructure and resources to deliver first-class support.

WHO ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?

A career-driven Senior Legal PA / EA with recent, relevant experience within a law firm, confident supporting Partner level and comfortable with billing and the commercial demands of a busy practice.

Someone proactive, commercially aware, exceptionally organised and confident making decisions on behalf of their Partner.

A CILEx Legal Secretarial qualification is welcomed, but substantial, relevant legal secretarial experience is essential.

Please note: This is not suitable for Legal Graduates without relevant legal secretarial experience.

£70k. 4:1 hybrid. Exceptional autonomy. A top-tier Legal brand.

For a Senior Legal PA ready to take the next step, this could be a career-defining move.

Less waiting for instructions. More owning the room.
